I feel like in January we’re all super motivated to stick to our new years resolutions. And one of mine was to cook more regularly and more healthy meals. During exam period I tend to get lazy, so I just eat whatever I find and most of the time that ends up in being Junk food. Oops! So in order to avoid that and save money/time I started to create a meal plan for the following week every Sunday evening. That sounds super lame but is actually a hella lot of fun. And I really managed to stick to it for the past couple of weeks. *pats on back*
And because I’m a nice person I decided to share some of the most yummy recipes I’ve found on Pinterest lately with you. By the way: did you know that you can follow me on Pinterest? Oh and I got the idea for this post from a fellow Austrian blogger, the lovely Annalaurakummer :)
I love burgers – but who doesn’t? And what I love more than normal burgers are creative veggie alternatives. This one with beet looks so delicious. I’m actually drooling on my keyboard right now.
Lately I’ve been obsessing over everything that’s made with tortilla wraps. Like, honestly… I could eat that stuff every darn day! So yummy! The funky green tacos with Avocado look too good to be true!!
I’m definitely one of the people who would prefer sweet things over savory ones. So these blueberry cake waffles are a no brainer for me – I want them, all of them!!
One of my biggest food problems is that I hate nachos. However, they always look so tasty. That’s why I usually end up trying them every single time my boyfriends orders some. But my opinion sadly hasn’t changed yet: they taste disgusting! That’s why I wanna try this yummy pasta recipe. It just looks so much like cheesy nachos!
5. Tiramisu dip
Honestly, I’m obsessed with Tiramisu. It’s definitely my favorite sweet food on this planet. So this tiramisu dip recipe just looks too good to be true. Gotta try it sometime soon :)
A few months back I tried Edamame for the first time. It was love at first bite. Duh, that’s SO GOOD! And ever since I’ve tried to a. find them in the stores and b. find a good recipe to recreate at home. So now that I solved problem b I only gotta find out where to buy them here in Graz. Any ideas?
I loooove summer rolls. But I have never tried to make them at home. This recipe looks really yummy. Peanut noodles? Duh, count me in!!
Need I really add anything to the title here?
