As already mentioned in my life update, I am currently moving into a new flat. Thus, most of my free time in the last few days was filled with shopping for new furniture and browsing my favorite online shops for both, inspiration and new bits and pieces for the flat. I have to admit, my budget isn’t nearly as big as I’d like it to be when it comes to what I can spend on furnishing the new flat. But that’s how things are and I’m making the best out of it. I’m already mostly done and cannot wait to show you pictures of how it turned out. For now, you got to do with my interior wishlist, filled with goodies I’d like to get myself in the future or am dreaming off for the new flat.
On the Interior Wishlist
MARBLE COFFEE TABLE: I first spotted this beauty in Vicky’s Interior update and immediately fell in love. It’s no secret that I adore all things marble but it never occurred to me to pick a black marble coffee table. If I do ever get me a sofa, though, I’ll definitely have to grab one of those beauties too.
COZY RUG: One thing that I just won’t do without in my new flat is a cozy rug. We didn’t have one in the old flat and it’s been bugging me ever since. So on top of my priority list is definitely getting my hands on a pretty rug to make the whole flat even cozier and welcoming.
PALMS, PALMS, PALMS: I’m absolutely obsessed with tropical vibes and palm prints. So naturally, a few palm picks found their way into this Interior Wishlist. First, there’s my beloved huge palm leaf poster, which was one of the first things to find their way into the new flat. Also, let’s all just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of these golden palm bowls from H&M home. They’re absolutely killing it lately if you ask me.
INDUSTRIAL LIGHT FOR A CHILL ATMOSPHERE: While browsing through the Westwing online shop, I found this super nice industrial lamp, which I’m thinking of getting. It would so nicely fit into the room and make it a lot cooler and individual.
BITS & PIECES: For the kitchen, I’m thinking about getting this black marble clock. The room is held in rather monochrome colors and I think it would compliment it perfectly. And to add a pop of color to the room I picked this beautiful blush pink vase for my weekly flower fix and some comfy cushions for the dining table chairs. Also, I’m thinking about adding a pop of gold with this fun sun-shaped coaster for the kitchen.
What’s on your Interior Wishlist? Do you love shopping for new furniture and decoration as much as I do?
