When I moved into my new flat, I knew I wanted to make it feel like home as much as possible. I didn’t have that much money to spend on furniture because oh boy moving is expensive. That is why I decided to go for minimal pieces and pair them with lots of decoration. This, of course, is still a work in progress. However, I recently got a huge package filled with affordable prints from Desenio and feel like they already give my flat so much personality.
Your Best Source For Affordable Prints
I feel like prints and posters are such an easy way to style up your flat, especially when it’s a rented place. I am not allowed to drill in my flat and, honestly, don’t even want to change too much in the structure of the place. While I’m still single and studying, I though a nice small apartment was all I really needed. And it proved to be quite lovely so far. However, simply throwing in a bit of furniture, would never have made me feel like home.
Most of my furniture is from Ikea and anything but special. I wanted to buy pieces that are versatile, affordable and can be used in different locations and situations. So without any decoration, the place would be rather cold and unfriendly. On the other hand, I’m not someone who decorates their place with lots of pictures of friends, clutter and random bits and pieces. It’s just not who I am. So, prints are the perfect solution for me. I decided to go for different colours, shapes, and textures in frames in order to make my gallery wall a bit more special and fun to look at. And I’m utterly pleased with how it all turned out.
Desenio really is an amazing source for affordable and beautiful prints. What I especially love is that they always have discount codes and special offers on their website. I already ordered a few frames before I even moved into this flat with some other blogger’s discount code and then was asked whether I wanted to work with them. So naturally, I said yes. I already knew I liked their products and wanted to get more for my flat anyways. And if I can help some of you with the 25% code, then it’s even better ;)
With the code "KERSTIN25" you can get 25% off your order between the 13th and 15th of June. *except handpicked category
