A Playlist for the new year

Something that I really cannot do without is music. There always is one playlist or the other playing on either my headphones or my speakers at home. And to start off the new year I have, of course, prepared another playlist to share with you guys.

I always get asked about the music I listen to in my stories on Instagram, the screenshots I post and my username on Spotify. So I thought I’d bring back this popular category on the blog and share some playlists every now and then with you. This month it’s all about nice rock songs, heavy beats and deep lyrics. A beautiful mix of uplifting tunes, combined with quiet heavy melodies and stunning voices. Hope you enjoy!

Turn up the music: a tech guide

Another thing I get asked frequently is what I use to listen to music on the go. I recently got gifted with the new Sony WF-1000x true wireless noise cancelling headphones* and adore them when cleaning the flat or when travelling by public transport. When I’m at the gym or walking to work I tend to grab for my August EP650 overhead earphones as they both, pull back my hair as well as keep my ears from getting cold.

At home, I now listen to music through my gorgeous Bose Soundlink Revolve Bluetooth speakers, which I’ve got for Christmas and utterly adore. The sound is so good and absolutely not comparable to the crappy quality of my Macbook, which I’ve used before. So well, as you can see I’m quite the tech buff and have accumulated somewhat of a collection of devices to listen to music. But what can I say, a girl needs her playlists, doesn’t she?
